Description This backyard was built from the ground up to capture the home's lake view and create a true outdoor entertainment space. We poured all new concrete, a 26' x 30' main slab and a 42' x 5' walkway leading to a 12' x 30' patio, then installed a panoramic picture view screen enclosure in a dark bronze frame, complete with an electrical package for lighting and fans. To finish the space, we applied Vuba Stone in the "Alaskan Tundra" color across 1,000 square feet, tying the enclosure, walkway, and patio together into one seamless outdoor living area.

We removed the old structure, extended the concrete patio with a new 40' x 30' pour, and installed a 1,200 sq ft panoramic picture view screen enclosure. The expanded footprint opens up uninterrupted sightlines across the water, while the high tensile screen mesh keeps out coastal insects without sacrificing the breeze. To complete the transformation, we finished the entire 1,450 sq ft surface with Vuba Stone in an Arc De Triomphe base, accented by a 14 inch Juneau perimeter border.
