Existing Surface Prep

We clean and repair the existing concrete or asphalt base, leveling any sunken sections and filling open cracks to ensure a stable foundation. Removing all dirt, weeds, oil, and moisture is highly critical since any wetness prevents proper polyurethane adhesion.

Bonding Primer

We apply a specialized bonding primer directly across the clean, dry substrate to create an adhesive bridge between the old surface and the new overlay. This critical primer layer seals the porous base and guarantees a permanent monolithic connection.

Description This 1,200 sq ft pool deck and lanai was resurfaced with our Vuba Stone system to replace boring with a cleaner, safer, and more durable finish. We installed The Burj base with a Poseidon border and added 80 linear feet of coping detail to frame the pool with a refined custom look. The finished surface is non slip, permeable, and built to handle the heat, moisture, and pool chemicals without a problem. Now their entire space is more inviting and finished.
